Senior Learning & Development Specialist (MENA)

About the role

The Learning & Development Senior Specialist will act as the single point of contact for leadership and professional development initiatives across the MENA region. Reporting to the Global Talent & Learning Lead in Singapore, the role blends curriculum design, facilitation, and learning operations to elevate workforce capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders and business stakeholders to design learning programs that address identified L&D needs.
• Lead learning needs analysis, program design, and facilitation, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
• Support and implement global L&D priorities, contributing to projects and initiatives.
• Oversee administration and optimisation of iNova’s Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver a seamless learner experience.
• Maintain accurate learning records, manage user access, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT and global learning teams.
• Generate and analyse learning data reports to track participation, completion rates, and impact metrics.
• Support creation, localisation, and deployment of e‑learning modules for regional and global audiences.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data insights and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of corporate L&D experience in global organisations, with a proven track record in digital learning content development.
• Experience in the consumer healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation.
• Ability to build rapport across all levels and work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
