Senior Logistics Specialist

About the role

Optimarc Pharma is looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist to oversee the full shipment cycle for pharmaceutical and related products. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods to our warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end shipment processes, including ACID steps, tracking, and customs clearance.
• Handle various product categories such as pharma, NFSA, cosmetics, veterinary, and feed.
• Use the Nafeza platform to issue Advanced Cargo IDs (ACID).
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to confirm booking details and verify shipping documents on Cargo‑X.
• Track shipments and original documents, and communicate status to Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Customs brokers.
• Notify Warehouse Management of arrivals, storage conditions, and required details.
• Oversee transport and clearance of imported materials, either directly or via external forwarders.
• Develop and enforce logistics policies to meet customs and excise regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Nafeza platform.
• Experience using Cargo‑X for document management.
