About the role
The Senior Manager – Media leads media planning, investment and digital ecosystem strategy for the Franchise. As a senior member of the Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) team, the role translates brand strategies into data‑driven, consumer‑centric media plans that generate brand love and business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop annual and campaign‑specific media strategies across all brands and categories, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and market realities.
- Lead connections planning across paid, owned, earned and shared touchpoints, integrating consumer‑journey insights.
- Drive digital acceleration on social, programmatic, video, search, e‑commerce and creator ecosystems, championing precision marketing and AI‑enabled optimization.
- Partner with insights and data teams to build audience strategies and robust measurement frameworks.
- Oversee media investment governance, optimize allocation, and foster a test‑and‑learn culture across creative, audience and format variations.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with media agencies, leading briefings, performance reviews and capability development.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience leading media strategy, planning and investment within an integrated marketing environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Digital, Insights, Agency partners and bottlers.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven audience targeting and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing agency relationships and driving integrated media execution.
