Senior Manager – PMIS Business Analyst

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Manager to act as a PMIS Business Analyst, supporting large‑scale capital and infrastructure projects in Egypt. The role will design, configure and integrate enterprise Project Management Information Systems to improve cost, schedule, risk and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Translate requirements into functional and non‑functional specifications, BRDs, user stories and process maps.
• Configure PMIS platforms such as Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, Aconex and CostOS, designing workflows, cost templates and approval structures.
• Coordinate system integrations with ERP, scheduling and document‑management tools, supporting data migration and quality assurance.
• Develop test scenarios, lead UAT, manage defect tracking and support go‑live activities.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI or native PMIS reporting tools.
• Act as liaison between business users, IT teams and external vendors, facilitating workshops and governance meetings.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level with at least 60 months (5 years) of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in large‑scale capital or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
