Senior Manager – Projects, Asset Development & Real Estate

About the role

Provide Project Management services to deliver multiple real‑estate and asset‑development projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards. The role works closely with the Al‑Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) team and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise AFGRE Project Managers and Project Engineers across a portfolio of projects.
• Define and control scope, schedule and budget, and manage change through AFGRE change‑control procedures.
• Participate in constructability and value‑engineering reviews to achieve cost savings and expedite construction.
• Lead project meetings, commercial, quality and safety circles, and produce technical progress reports.
• Monitor site resources, staffing, labour and equipment to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards on all site activities.
• Oversee consultants, engineers and contractors to obtain approvals, shop drawings, as‑built documentation and final inspections.
• Manage project close‑out, including snag list handling and delivery to city authorities, owners and tenants.

Required profile

• 12–20 years of professional experience in project management, construction or real‑estate development.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with senior management.
• Strong understanding of scope definition, budgeting, scheduling and change management.
• Experience conducting constructability, value‑engineering and HSE compliance reviews.
