Senior Media Buyer – Education Sector

About the role

The Senior Media Buyer will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of media campaigns that drive enrollment, brand awareness, and audience engagement for Monglish Academy. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with marketing, creative, and admissions teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective media spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive media plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Negotiate rates and purchase ad space with media vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies and budgets.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and admissions teams to align media initiatives with overall objectives.

Required profile

• Proven media planning and buying experience managing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Advanced analytical ability to interpret campaign data and optimise results.
• Strong media strategy expertise, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and channel selection.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience in education or service‑oriented sectors is a plus.
