Senior MEP Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to lead the design, coordination and implementation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for complex building projects in Minya, Egypt. The role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring that all MEP solutions meet local and international standards while supporting project schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution and plumbing, using industry‑standard software.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on design methodology and best practices.
• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams to achieve seamless integration and optimal building performance.
• Perform detailed analysis, energy modeling and code compliance checks to satisfy local and international regulations.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and construction drawings while managing project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in MEP engineering for large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.
• Strong understanding of building codes, international standards and sustainability requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
