Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant to lead design and implementation workstreams on delivery projects. The role combines hands‑on technical delivery with advisory support for sales pursuits and internal asset development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead D365 CE configuration, customization and business process automation to meet client requirements.
• Design and implement solution management, DevOps release pipelines, and data migration strategies.
• Architect integration solutions, reporting designs, and Power Platform extensions.
• Oversee offshore delivery, technical change request reviews and approvals.
• Support RFP responses, project estimation, commercial planning and delivery strategy definition.
• Manage stakeholder expectations for both PwC and client teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects at a senior level.
• Strong consulting background with ability to manage workstreams, risks and quality.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, including coaching and skill development of junior team members.
• Ability to act as a Microsoft product specialist in sales and delivery contexts.
