Senior Mobile Android Engineer

About the role

Yassir is looking for a Senior Mobile Android Engineer to join its fast‑growing engineering team. You will work on high‑quality native Android applications built with Kotlin, integrating them with backend services that power ride‑hailing, delivery and emerging financial products across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve overall code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Maintain automated testing, CI pipelines and version control best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing Android applications with Kotlin.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment, preferably in mobility, on‑demand or fintech.
