Senior Mobile Application Developer (Android, iOS & Flutter)

Join e& Egypt as a Senior Mobile Application Developer and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance native and cross-platform mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of robust mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Flutter.
• Define mobile architecture and establish best practices to ensure scalable, clean, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Perform rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster technical excellence.
• Optimize application performance and manage technical debt to ensure long-term stability.
• Oversee the mobile delivery strategy, including CI/CD pipelines and App Store/Play Store submission processes.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Senior or Lead Mobile Developer in a professional environment.
• Expertise in building scalable applications with a focus on performance and security.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide technical planning and architectural decisions.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage complex delivery cycles and ensure high-quality software standards.

Technical Skills

• Deep mastery of at least one stack: Kotlin (Android SDK/Jetpack), Swift (iOS SDK), or Flutter (Dart with Bloc or Riverpod).
• Strong understanding of MVVM or Clean Architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in REST API integration and Firebase services.
• Advanced knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and mobile deployment processes.
• Expertise in writing testable, high-quality code.
