Senior Mobile Engineer

About the role

Heru Loop is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the design and development of high‑quality, scalable mobile applications using React Native. The role combines deep expertise in cross‑platform development with the ability to implement native Android and iOS features when required.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain React Native applications for both Android and iOS.
• Build reusable components, shared modules and a scalable architecture.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, third‑party SDKs, push notifications, deep links and authentication services.
• Implement platform‑specific functionality using native modules and bridge code.
• Optimize performance, stability, security and overall user experience.
• Debug complex issues across JavaScript, Android and iOS layers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD pipelines and release planning.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend and QA teams.
• Support app releases to Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold engineering standards.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of React, Hooks, state management and mobile architecture.
• Proven ability to integrate REST APIs and third‑party services.
• Experience with performance optimization and mobile lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing and modern development workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
