Senior Multimedia Designer - Motion Design

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the Dubizzle Group, is looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer focused on motion design. The role works with a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with editorial and marketing, delivering quality work across marketing platforms. The position is based in New Cairo City.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations and video content for digital platforms such as social media, websites and advertisements.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and content creators to turn concepts into motion and animation.
• Edit and enhance video footage with special effects, transitions and dynamic graphics.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, keeping the brand identity in mind and developing innovative initiatives.
• Receive and apply feedback from the line manager, analyse trends and research new technologies and techniques.
• Self-manage and take ownership of assigned design tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a client-side or agency environment.
• Proven experience as a multimedia graphic designer with a strong portfolio in motion design and animation.
• Experience developing marketing and advertising campaigns.
• English fluency and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with 3D motion design and modelling tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in a multimedia context.
• Understanding of core animation principles, timing, weight and visual dynamics.
• Knowledge of digital asset optimisation and export settings for web, social media and digital platforms.
