About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo seeks a Senior .NET Developer Supervisor to lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining robust software applications using the .NET ecosystem. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on development to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.
- Ensure code quality, enforce best practices, and apply object‑oriented programming principles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
- Oversee testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a technical team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
