Senior Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead the operation, maintenance and optimisation of our enterprise network infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, secure services and supports the overall cybersecurity posture of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LAN, WAN and wireless network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Configure, upgrade and maintain routers, switches and related network services.
• Troubleshoot network incidents, performance degradations and implement corrective actions.
• Apply network changes following approved change‑management procedures.
• Monitor network performance, capacity and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement networking aspects of cybersecurity initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation and diagrams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional networking experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCNA and ITIL Foundation.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools.
• Hands‑on expertise in LAN, WAN and wireless networking.
• Advanced network troubleshooting and performance analysis.
