Senior OpenShift Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior OpenShift Engineer to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift platforms for enterprise customers. The role combines architecture design, day‑2 operations, automation, and advisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including operators, nodes, MachineConfig, ingress, storage, networking and authentication.
• Support CSI drivers (e.g., NFS CSI), manage persistent volumes, PVCs, storage classes and resolve pod mounting issues.
• Implement backup and restore strategies using Velero or Veritas NetBackup.
• Configure and troubleshoot LDAP integrations, authentication flows and enterprise access management.
• Integrate OpenShift logging with Elasticsearch and Kibana; use Prometheus Stack for monitoring and alerting.
• Design scalable OpenShift and Elasticsearch architectures across VM and container environments.
• Provide consulting guidance on HA, DR, scaling, governance and deliver workshops, technical presentations and training sessions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on Red Hat OpenShift administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong Linux system administration background.
• Experience designing and operating production‑grade OpenShift platforms.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise customers in consulting or enablement engagements.
