Senior Outbound Agent

About the role

At Atheel CX, the Senior Outbound Agent works full‑time on‑site in Maadi, Egypt. The role focuses on making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, promoting services, and achieving campaign targets while supporting junior teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound call campaigns using structured scripts and adapt messaging to customer needs.
• Document every interaction accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet performance metrics such as contact rate, conversion rate, and call quality.
• Provide guidance and best‑practice tips to junior agents.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine outbound strategies and escalate complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Required profile

• Proven outbound sales and customer engagement experience.
• Strong persuasive communication, objection handling, and relationship‑building skills.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Ability to work US‑time shifts, including remote days if required.
• Availability for a fixed‑salary package up to 22 k net.
