Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Commerce

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in the GCC and Levant, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong commerce experience. The role involves understanding client goals and overseeing project strategy from start to finish, creating cross-channel deliverables using emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, create, monitor, maintain and optimize high-volume campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other third-party platforms, with a focus on performance and ROI.
• Manage campaigns to meet clients' ROI goals and respond quickly to optimization opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance continuously and report on revenue and conversion metrics.
• Allocate budgets across channels and campaigns, adapting to demand, seasonality and promotions.
• Create conversion-oriented PPC ad copy, run A/B tests and optimize at scale.
• Report on KPIs and lead generation, calculate Cost Per Lead, forecast spend and adjust strategy.
• Work with large product catalogs and frequent campaign updates.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong commerce experience; marketing and advertising background is a big plus.
• People management skills.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Google AdWords Editor and Google Analytics.
• Keyword research, campaign buildout, ad creation, A/B copy testing and bid management.
• Display advertising and the Google Content Network.
• Retargeting/remarketing.
