Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Leads

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in the GCC and Levant, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join its team. The role focuses on lead generation and commerce, overseeing client projects from strategy through to completion and creating cross-channel deliverables that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, create, monitor, maintain and optimize high-volume campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok and other third-party digital platforms
• Manage campaigns to meet clients' ROI goals and implement optimization recommendations quickly
• Analyze campaign performance continuously and report on revenue and conversion metrics
• Allocate budgets across channels and campaigns, adapting to demand, seasonality and promotions
• Write conversion-oriented PPC ad copy with ongoing A/B testing and optimization
• Drive full-funnel strategy, including directing traffic to marketplaces where relevant

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns; e-commerce, app installs and lead generation experience is a must
• Minimum 4-6 years in performance marketing, including at least 1 year managing a team
• B2B experience is a plus
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills

Required skills

• Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Search, DV360, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Business Manager and Google Analytics
• Keyword research, campaign buildouts, A/B copy testing, bid management and retargeting/remarketing
• Experience with analytics tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, GA4 and MMPs is a plus
