Senior PMIS Engineer

About the role

The Senior PMIS Engineer will enhance the company’s digital capabilities by optimizing Primavera Unifier and P6 environments, ensuring high system performance and a smooth user experience. This role combines technical configuration, reporting, and user support to drive efficient project workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting and performance tuning for Primavera Unifier & P6.
• Resolve user issues and edge cases in automated workflows, both on‑site and remotely.
• Design, document, and configure business processes, workflows, forms, access rights, and security measures.
• Customize shells, cost sheets, fund management, and project controls using Udesigner.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data views with Power BI and BI Publisher.
• Conduct testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Organize monthly follow‑up meetings with team leaders to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Automate business processes, monitor system utilization, and improve data quality.
• Maintain the ticketing system, provide first‑line support, and coordinate with Oracle partners for escalations.
• Manage CostOS for budgeting and tendering activities and deliver ad‑hoc training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Computer Science.
• Fluent English with strong digital literacy.
• Advanced experience with MS Office, Power BI, and programming languages such as Python or SQL.
• Professional certifications or courses related to PMP, PBA, Oracle tools, or similar.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle PMIS implementations and integration coordination.
