Senior PR Executive

About the role

Maison Pyramide is looking for a Senior PR Executive in Cairo who will execute the PR strategies of its clients and handle all their PR activities. The role involves reaching out to endorsers for collaboration and to media for press kits to build brand identity and raise the PR level of the brands, while continuously expanding the company's international press database.

Key responsibilities

• Develop communication, media and PR plans for clients; research target media, build distribution lists and track upcoming features
• Engage with media proactively and reactively, pitch new stories and secure coverage and product placements
• Write and distribute press releases and create content for collateral, direct mail, newsletters, websites, articles and advertisements
• Organize client photography sessions, manage press conferences and promotional events, and connect with influencers and celebrities
• Propose brand collaborations and CSR campaigns, and report on media coverage and client progress
• Provide internal consultancy to the Management, PR, Sales and Social Media departments, help write copy and ensure consistent corporate branding
• Take part in team meetings and support content creation for the brand book and website

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or a related field
• Proven success in executing PR campaigns and obtaining media coverage
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Fashion and luxury knowledge is preferable
