Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Digital Marketing Executive. You will join the marketing department and develop and implement digital marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, engage customers and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and search engines
• Manage and optimise paid ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Apply SEO/SEM to improve organic rankings and website traffic
• Create and curate content for social media, blogs and email campaigns
• Analyse results with analytics tools and share data-driven insights
• Work with cross-functional teams to keep brand messaging consistent
• Track competitors and industry trends, and manage project timelines and budgets
• Report marketing metrics regularly to stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
• 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns
• Fluent English
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, and a customer-focused, goal-oriented approach
