Senior Presales Consultant (KSA Market Experience)

About the role

Advansys, a solutions provider of smart, modular and sustainable technology solutions serving 100+ enterprise customers across 14 countries, is looking for a Senior Presales Consultant based in Egypt who will work on the Saudi market. The role covers understanding client needs, designing IT solutions and supporting the sales team through proposals and product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements.
• Analyze customer requirements and design and architect comprehensive IT solutions, including all software aspects aligned with clients' business goals.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the best solution and a smooth handover to execution.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and their roadmaps.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations showing the value and benefits of the product.
• Understand, analyze and respond to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs with competitive proposals, addressing technical inquiries.
• Develop detailed proposals covering costs, deliverables, timelines and other relevant information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• 6+ years in system architecture, technical sales or pre-sales.
• Based in Egypt and working for the Saudi market.
• Proven technical and IT services pre-sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of technologies such as AI, business automation and RPA.
• Experience with data layers.
• Good knowledge of low-code/no-code tools.
• Basic knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM, contact center and enterprise applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of the software development cycle.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
