Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities, source high‑quality suppliers and negotiate optimal contracts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost, quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from supplier identification to purchase order issuance.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Analyse procurement data to uncover cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with various departments to capture purchasing requirements and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and keep accurate purchasing records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a comparable role.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
