Senior Product Designer - Enterprise SaaS

About the role

Arrow is looking for a Senior Product Designer with 4-6 years of experience to help shape its enterprise SaaS platform. You will work on complex workflows, large-scale systems and data-rich interfaces used by professional users, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Design complex, data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, admin panels, workflows) with a focus on usability and scalability
• Translate business requirements, technical constraints and user needs into design solutions
• Conduct user research with enterprise customers, including interviews, usability testing and workflow analysis
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Contribute to and evolve a design system across a large product ecosystem
• Work with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and partner with Product and Data teams on insights and metrics
• Advocate for accessibility, performance and usability, mentor junior designers and improve design processes

Required profile

• 4-6 years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise products
• Strong portfolio showing complex problem-solving, systems thinking and end-to-end design
• Proven experience designing for enterprise users (B2B platforms, internal tools, admin systems)
• Experience in cross-functional agile teams and handling ambiguity on large, evolving products
• Experience with role-based systems, permissions and multi-tenant environments

Required skills

• Figma (preferred), Sketch or Adobe XD
• UX principles, interaction design and information architecture
• Data visualization best practices and WCAG accessibility standards
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Design systems at scale and enterprise compliance awareness
