Senior Product Owner

About the role

Innovitics is looking for a Senior Product Owner to shape the vision, strategy and delivery of digital products across web and mobile channels. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that product outcomes drive measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, KPIs and release plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead discovery activities such as stakeholder interviews, market analysis and user research.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, write clear user stories and define MVP scope.
• Drive Agile delivery, collaborating closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA and Scrum teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, managing expectations, scope and timelines.
• Conduct product demos, workshops and executive reporting sessions.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, BIS or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Senior Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Proven track record delivering successful web and mobile products from concept to launch.
• Experience in software houses, digital agencies or consultancy settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with domains such as FinTech, SaaS, E‑commerce, Logistics or Enterprise platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
