Senior Product Specialist – Dermatology (Cairo)

About the role

Promote and sell Imdad’s dermatology products to new and existing customers through regular visits. The role also includes after‑sales support such as in‑service training, collection follow‑up, coaching junior staff and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coach junior staff, share market and product knowledge, and assist them with deals.
• Conduct consultative sales visits, identify or create needs for Imdad products, and keep customers updated on product changes.
• Schedule appointments, meet existing and new customers, and explore additional business opportunities.
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations on‑site using sales aids and marketing data.
• Gather and update prospect information (ownership, physicians, equipment) in the customer database.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions and pricing changes.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up for assigned sales accounts.
• Maintain excellent relationships with key decision‑makers, doctors and customer personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biomedical engineering, bioscience, nursing, chemistry or a related scientific field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device sales; dermatology experience is a plus.
• Cairo‑based candidates with a valid driving license and personal car.
