Senior Project Engineer – Construction Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead and coordinate construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource utilization and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project costs, invoices, changes, risks and issues, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
• Follow up on progress, resolve issues and delays, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in construction or large‑scale projects.
• Project management certification such as PMP is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Knowledge of Primavera (optional).
