Senior Project Manager – Complex Cross‑Functional Projects

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of medium to large, complex cross‑functional initiatives. You will drive projects from initiation through execution to value realisation, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects, maintaining scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Define and manage comprehensive project plans, including resources, financials and governance frameworks.
• Own financial performance – budgeting, forecasting, cost control and benefits tracking.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies to ensure continuity.
• Monitor performance against milestones, implement corrective actions and report transparently.
• Establish and maintain governance structures, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to support decision‑making and resolve challenges.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and external partners, guiding transition to business‑as‑usual operations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering end‑to‑end projects or programmes in complex environments.
• Strong capability in governance, risk management and delivery controls.
• Proven change‑management skills and ability to drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of value realisation, benefits tracking and performance reporting.
