About the role

As a Senior Property Consultant at Nawy, you will guide high‑net‑worth clients through the full property investment journey, from lead generation to closing. You will leverage deep market knowledge to present tailored investment opportunities and ensure a premium client experience in a fast‑moving Egyptian real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads while achieving high conversion rates.
• Provide strategic property investment advice aligned with clients' financial goals, lifestyle preferences, and risk tolerance.
• Develop and sustain expertise on key developers, projects, payment plans, and emerging market trends.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, including lead qualification, property matching, negotiations, contracting, and closing.
• Conduct professional property presentations and site visits, delivering a premium customer experience.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and developer partners to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Negotiate effectively, balancing client satisfaction with business objectives.
• Foster long‑term client relationships to generate referrals, repeat business, and portfolio growth.
• Stay updated on market movements, competitor activity, and new investment opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices to boost team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales or high‑performance sales environments.
• Strong understanding of the Egyptian real‑estate market, developers, and investment landscape.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to handle complex client objections and high‑value transactions confidently.
• High ownership mentality, resilience, and results‑driven attitude.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
