Senior Property Consultant – Real Estate

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Senior Property Consultant role based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will guide clients through property transactions, including identifying suitable listings, conducting viewings, and advising on pricing and negotiation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge of New Cairo and the wider Egyptian real‑estate market.
• Follow up leads generated through marketing channels and referrals.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure a professional, client‑centered experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Represent the company’s values and brand standards in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate skills with the ability to assess client needs.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities to build trust and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales expertise, including lead conversion, negotiation and closing property transactions.
• Solid understanding of the New Cairo and broader Egyptian market, both residential and commercial.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time, manage multiple clients and listings, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar client‑facing sales role is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
