Senior React Developer – Front‑End Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a Senior React Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance web experiences using React, Next.js and AEM Headless architecture. The role involves defining technical strategy, content modeling and integration patterns for scalable, SEO‑optimized digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement end‑to‑end architecture with AEM Headless, Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs and React/Next.js front‑ends.
• Architect SSR, SSG and edge rendering strategies to maximize SEO and performance.
• Design reusable, maintainable React components and a scalable application structure.
• Build and package Node.js libraries for cross‑project reuse.
• Optimize Webpack configurations and front‑end performance, accessibility and security.
• Integrate and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently.
• Implement front‑end testing with Jest, Cypress or React Testing Library.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of front‑end development experience, with at least 8 years of hands‑on React.
• Advanced TypeScript expertise with strong type‑safety practices.
• Proven experience with Material UI, Node.js library packaging and modern build tools.
• Deep knowledge of performance tuning, Lighthouse optimization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
