Senior Recruiter – Arabic & English Speaker

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who is fluent in both Arabic and English to support a leading pharmaceutical company. This hybrid position involves two days per week on‑site at the client’s office and focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for manufacturing and supply‑chain functions across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and supply‑chain roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define job requirements, conduct workforce planning, and set hiring priorities.
• Facilitate interview and selection processes, ensuring fair and effective hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, systems, and management information.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and applying best‑practice recruitment approaches.
• Deliver results against service level agreements, KPIs, and team objectives.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in a client‑focused environment, preferably within Africa.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing or supply‑chain roles in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast‑changing environment.
