Senior Recruiter – Telesales Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the hiring of telesales professionals and support the rapid growth of our sales team. The role focuses on high‑volume recruitment, fast turnaround times, and continuous staffing of frontline sales positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for telesales roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plans, candidate profiles and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience with consistent follow‑up throughout the process.
• Track hiring performance metrics and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales, telesales, call‑center or volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High ownership, persistence and meticulous attention to detail.
