Key responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of oil and gas recruitment trends, technical terminology, and market conditions.
• Source, register, and market high‑quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals.
• Qualify job requirements, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure smooth visa and logistics arrangements for successful placements.
• Cross‑sell services across departments and maximize opportunities for the firm.
• Manage key client accounts, address issues promptly, and identify growth opportunities.
