Senior Talent Acquisition & Operations – Real Estate Focus

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition & Operations role is a full‑time, on‑site position at Core HR Solutions in Cairo. It focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for real‑estate positions and the management of HR operational activities supporting real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for real‑estate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating hiring decisions.
• Manage HR operational tasks such as workforce planning, onboarding, and coordination between HR, business units and leadership.
• Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records, monitor HR metrics and ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, real‑estate stakeholders and external partners while continuously improving talent acquisition strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior talent acquisition and HR operations experience with a mandatory background in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, HR processes and local labour regulations, preferably within the Cairo market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive process improvements and thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Experience using recruitment platforms.
• Advanced MS Office skills for documentation and reporting.
