Senior RPA Engineer - Power Automate & Azure Logic Apps

About the role

Ontrac Solutions is hiring a Senior RPA Engineer for its AI Center Cairo team. You will design, build and maintain enterprise-grade automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps, owning end-to-end delivery from requirements and architecture through production deployment, handover and ongoing support for clients across Egypt and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automation workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps
• Architect end-to-end system integrations via REST APIs, custom connectors and authentication (OAuth, managed identities, API keys)
• Build error handling, retry logic and recovery patterns for production reliability
• Set up monitoring, alerting and logging for deployed automations
• Manage secure credential storage and access control for automated processes
• Lead production support, troubleshooting and knowledge transfer to client teams
• Translate business requirements into automation designs and architecture documentation

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, automation or systems integration
• Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, process advisor)
• Hands-on production experience with Azure Logic Apps (Standard and Consumption tiers)
• 3+ production automation deployments delivered across the full lifecycle
• Fluent English; based in Egypt; bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering or a related field

Required skills

• REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, OAuth and token-based authentication
• Workflow orchestration, connector configuration and multi-system integration
• Azure Key Vault, environment variables and managed identities
• Nice to have: Microsoft PL-200 or PL-400, Azure AZ-900/AZ-104, French, Azure Functions/Service Bus/Event Grid, CI/CD and ALM practices
