Senior SAP TRM/FICA Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP TRM/FICA Consultant to lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) and Financial Accounting (FICA) modules for public‑sector clients. The role involves configuring solutions, providing expert advice, and ensuring compliance with governmental financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end‑to‑end implementations of SAP TRM and FICA modules.
• Configure system settings to meet client‑specific requirements.
• Develop and implement financial process solutions for the public sector.
• Provide consulting, support, and maintenance for SAP TRM/FICA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICA and TRM.
• Analyse existing financial processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement best practices for tax revenue management and ensure efficient, compliant operations.
• Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Tax and Revenue Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing SAP FICA.
• SAP FI certification and proven record of successful SAP project deliveries.
• Strong understanding of public‑sector financial processes and regulations.

What we offer
