Senior Services Field Sales Representative II

About the role

The Senior Services Field Sales Representative II will drive sales initiatives to grow Schneider Electric’s Services portfolio within existing customer accounts in Egypt. The role focuses on expanding consulting, recurring services, modernization solutions and other value‑added offerings while ensuring high contract renewal rates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new service opportunities across the electrical equipment portfolio.
• Maximize renewal of service contracts and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
• Create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions.
• Coach junior sales staff and share best practices.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to uncover growth prospects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical services or field sales, preferably in electrical or industrial sectors.
• Strong business development, negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and make decisions with minimal supervision.
