Senior Site Architecture Engineer

About the role

The Marq is seeking a Senior Site Architecture Engineer to lead on‑site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, safety, and schedule standards. You will act as the primary on‑site liaison for engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, supporting a collaborative and results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site construction work, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and construction teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and address quality issues with corrective actions.
• Support project schedule development, track milestones, and adjust timelines as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact on‑site for engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing clear communication.
• Provide progress updates to the Construction Project Manager, highlighting risks and challenges.
• Manage procurement and delivery of materials, monitor inventory, and report shortages.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits and inspection reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar construction or site‑architecture role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast‑paced environment.
