Senior Site Engineer – High-End Finishes

About the role

The Senior Site Engineer will lead technical, organisational and supervisory activities on high‑end finishing projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure design intent, quality and safety on residential, retail or office sites.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main technical adviser on‑site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Oversee material selection, requisition and ensure all work meets design standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, supervising labour and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, quantity surveyors, local authorities and client representatives.
• Plan and organise site facilities to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor quality control, health and safety matters and prepare required reports.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Member of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
• Excellent English communication skills, including report writing and presentations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
