Role Overview: We are hiring a Senior Social Media Manager who has genuinely scaled brands — not maintained them. You will own DB Investing's social media strategy and its day‑to‑day execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. This full‑ownership role covers strategy, planning, publishing, community, social listening and reporting. Fintech or financial services social media experience is essential. Key responsibilities include owning the social media strategy across all platforms and translating it into a monthly content plan with clear objectives, running day‑to‑day publishing, scheduling, optimisation and community management, growing engaged communities measured by engagement quality, building platform‑native content with design and content teams, owning social listening and sentiment tracking, handling escalation and crisis response within compliance boundaries, setting the tone of voice for a regulated financial brand, collaborating with influencer and partnerships functions, and reporting monthly on growth, engagement quality, sentiment and social‑assisted conversion with recommendations. Requirements: Minimum 5 years in social media, including direct ownership of at least one fintech or financial services brand with a combined following of 10,000+. Full strategy and execution ownership in a previous role, hands‑on planning, publishing, optimisation and reporting across at least three major platforms, demonstrable scaling record, sound judgement on compliance and sentiment, fluent professional English and Arabic, and Forex/CFD or trading platform social media experience.
