Senior Specialist Tech Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Specialist Tech Infrastructure will lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of IT services that support our business operations. You will work closely with project teams, service owners and customers to ensure reliable, efficient and compliant delivery of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to identify operational needs, problems and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor service level performance, report on SLA compliance and work with stakeholders to address potential breaches.
• Provide support services to projects, recommend and configure project control tools, and guide project teams on best practices.
• Validate that delivered products meet service acceptance criteria and feed results into change management processes.
• Develop, document and implement change requests following established change control procedures.
• Manage release and deployment activities, record outcomes and provide early‑life support to initial users.
• Investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes and services, implementing preventative measures.
• Handle incidents according to defined procedures, ensuring proper categorisation, allocation and communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT service management, business analysis and project support.
• Strong understanding of service level management, change management and release processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
