Senior Structural Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our back‑office team in Nasr City, Cairo. The role involves leading the design and analysis of structural systems from concept through delivery, ensuring efficiency and constructability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis of complex projects using industry‑leading software.
• Develop and supervise structural drawings, specifications and reports in compliance with Qatar and GCC building codes.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of progressive experience in structural design engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proven project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder interaction.
