Senior Supply & Demand Planning Lead

About the role

The Senior Supply & Demand Planner owns the end‑to‑end demand and supply planning cycle across ATG, driving the monthly S&OP process and forecast accuracy at SKU level. The role acts as the decision‑support authority on stock health, replenishment and availability, enabling the commercial team to meet budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly S&OP cycle end‑to‑end, preparing demand reviews, consolidating inputs and facilitating alignment sessions.
• Maintain and improve the statistical baseline forecast at SKU level, incorporating market intelligence and branch performance.
• Design and manage the inventory distribution model across DCs and branches, setting allocation rules and replenishment triggers.
• Monitor DIO, aging and availability targets, driving corrective actions with commercial and warehouse teams.
• Provide commercial briefings and support sales budget phasing with realistic supply‑side inputs.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or S&OP within distribution, automotive or multi‑SKU retail.
• Proven ownership of S&OP processes and a track record of improving forecast accuracy.
• Hands‑on experience managing inventory distribution across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
