About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Planner to manage purchase orders, optimise the supply cycle and support cash‑flow and warehouse efficiency. The role works closely with purchasing and commercial teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Create purchase orders based on demand requirements.
- Analyse and evaluate supply plans, considering constraints to meet customer needs.
- Improve the supply cycle to enhance cash flow and optimise warehouse space.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to prevent stock‑outs and sales loss.
- Generate inventory reports highlighting slow‑moving items.
- Process orders through the ERP system from inquiry to completion.
- Manage inventory flow and ensure proper shipment of products.
- Communicate supply risks or shortages to the commercial team.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain, with some team‑leadership exposure.
- Experience with Odoo; background in furniture is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- ERP system proficiency.
- Odoo expertise.
