Senior Surveyor

About the role

Cornerstone Development is looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join its Construction team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical surveying knowledge with hands‑on field experience and the ability to work effectively with surveying software and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate land, site, and construction surveys to support project execution.
• Operate surveying equipment such as Total Station and Level.
• Prepare, review, and interpret survey drawings and data using AutoCAD and other surveying software.
• Establish and verify coordinates, levels, benchmarks, boundaries, and reference points on site.
• Perform setting‑out activities and ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare precise survey reports, measurements, calculations, and as‑built data.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Technical Office, and Construction teams to implement surveying requirements.
• Verify completed works and identify discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of surveying experience, preferably in construction or real‑estate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geography – Surveying or a related surveying qualification.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying‑related software.
• Hands‑on experience with surveying equipment and field surveying activities.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, coordinates, levels, and setting‑out procedures.
• Experience with reputable construction or real‑estate development companies is highly preferred.
