About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will own end‑to‑end recruitment projects, partnering closely with line managers to attract top talent. You will shape recruitment strategy, manage budgets and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all recruitment and selection steps, collaborating with hiring managers to meet time‑to‑hire and quality targets.
• Plan and budget recruitment activities, aligning resources with hiring needs.
• Utilise all recruitment channels and sourcing tools to proactively identify the best candidates.
• Deliver excellent customer service while balancing process compliance and GDPR data accuracy.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive changes to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers across all functions.
• Maintain professional networks with peers in other companies and stay updated on best practices and new tools.
• Innovate the recruitment experience for both candidates and managers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a passion for talent acquisition.
• Performance‑driven mindset with high standards and a results‑oriented approach.
• Innovative thinker who seeks simplification and embraces experimentation.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Organised, structured and able to take ownership of initiatives.
• Willingness to lead and act autonomously when needed.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using online recruitment platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools.
