About the role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will support the Talent Acquisition function by driving end‑to‑end recruitment activities that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and publish internal and external job advertisements in line with the manpower plan.
- Source candidates through platforms such as Bayt.com, LinkedIn, and the company career site, using proactive headhunting techniques.
- Screen CVs, maintain a structured candidate pool, and conduct initial phone and competency‑based interviews.
- Serve as the main liaison between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely feedback.
- Promote Imdad as an Employer of Choice, articulating its culture and benefits to attract top talent.
- Provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition management, including interview status, closure, and recruitment progress reports.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly recruitment metrics and reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven ability to discuss technical terminology with both stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
