Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a range of positions, from entry‑level to senior management. You will ensure a seamless interview experience, manage offers, and support onboarding for both back‑office and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Screen, interview, and select candidates across all levels, coordinating interview logistics and assessments.
• Conduct reference checks and pre‑employment verifications.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database, tracking applications from multiple sources.
• Manage the offer process, prepare offer letters, hiring documents, and job descriptions.
• Facilitate onboarding tasks such as laptop, email, and workspace allocation.
• Develop external recruitment strategies, including headhunting, agency partnerships, job boards, LinkedIn, and career fairs.
• Oversee internal transfers, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Regularly update job descriptions in collaboration with line managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including senior‑level hiring.
• Proven success filling strategic, managerial, or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent mapping, and workforce planning.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
