Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth hiring journey from job posting to onboarding. This role partners closely with hiring managers, provides strategic guidance to the talent acquisition team, and supports employee lifecycle events such as probation reviews and exit interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Post and source candidates for open positions across the organization.
• Conduct HR interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical interview rounds, including sharing assessments when needed.
• Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and initiate onboarding procedures.
• Close positions efficiently and generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
• Guide and mentor TA coordinators and specialists, assisting with job description creation.
• Handle day‑to‑day employee inquiries for assigned functions.
• Conduct probation reviews, deliver feedback, and perform exit interviews.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
• Proven time‑management, negotiation, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to support and develop a TA team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
